Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

Provincial areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or high volume of orders.

3. Shipping Method

We ship via trusted local couriers such as SPX Express, J&T Express, or other available logistics partners.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are fixed and will be applied at checkout:
Metro Manila – ₱99
Outside Metro Manila – ₱149

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders ₱999 and above, which will be automatically applied at checkout once the minimum amount is reached.

Free shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
