MEG CRYSTALS – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take quality and packaging very seriously. Each order is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping to ensure it arrives in good condition.

1.) ✔ RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return and refund within 48 hours from the time of delivery (based on courier tracking confirmation).

Requests submitted beyond this period will no longer be accepted.

📌 Important:

All return and refund requests must first be reviewed and approved by Meg Crystals. Customers must wait for confirmation and instructions before sending any item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


2.) ✔ SELLER-RELATED ISSUES (FULL COVERAGE)

Applicable for the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged upon delivery
  • Wrong item received
  • Item has a clear manufacturing defect

📌 Natural Crystal Disclaimer

The following are not considered defects:

  • Natural inclusions
  • Color variations
  • Internal lines, textures, or natural patterns

These are natural characteristics of genuine crystals and are clearly stated in our product descriptions.

For Approved Seller-Related Cases:

  • Full refund will be issued after verification and inspection of the returned item.
  • Return shipping will be arranged and booked by us. The cost will be covered by us and will not be charged to the customer.

3.) ✔ CUSTOMER-RELATED RETURNS (LIMITED COVERAGE)

We also accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of preference

Important Conditions:

  • Return shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer
  • Original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund (including free shipping promotions)


📌 Reason:

We provide complete product descriptions, measurements, and details to help customers make informed decisions before ordering. Returns due to personal preference are not considered product defects.

 

4.) ⚠️ STRICT PROOF REQUIREMENTS (ANTI-SCAM PROTECTION)

To qualify for any return and refund request, the following are required:

📦 Unboxing Video (MANDATORY)

  • Continuous video from sealed package → opening → item inspection
  • No cuts, edits, or pauses
  • Package label must be clearly visible


📸 Photo Evidence

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Must clearly show the issue or defect

Requests without complete proof will be automatically declined.


5.) 📦 RETURN CONDITIONS & INSPECTION PROCESS

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • No signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • Complete packaging must be included

All returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt.

📌 Important:

  • Customers must first submit a return and refund request and wait for approval before sending any item back
  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted
  • Approved returns must be shipped within the required timeframe stated in the return instructions
  • Failure to comply with the return shipping timeframe may result in cancellation of the return request

If the returned item does not match the original condition or claim, deductions may be applied depending on its condition.

In cases of confirmed fraud such as:

  • Empty package
  • Wrong or different item returned

No refund will be issued.

We may document returned items for verification purposes.

 

6.) 📦 RETURN SHIPPING TIMEFRAME AFTER APPROVAL

Once a return request has been approved, customers must proceed with the return shipment within the allowed timeframe:

  • For drop-off returns, the parcel must be submitted to an SPX Express drop-off point within 1–2 days from approval.
  • For pickup returns, the customer must ensure availability during the scheduled pickup date.

Failure to comply with the return shipping timeframe may result in:

  • Cancellation of the return request
  • Void approval of refund eligibility

 

7.) ❌ NON-ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN & REFUND

We do not accept returns and refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
  • Missing proof (no unboxing video = invalid claim)
  • Natural crystal characteristics mistaken as defects
  • Custom-made or personalized items (final sale)
  • Requests submitted beyond the 48-hour period.

📌 Meg Crystals reserves the right to decline any return request that does not follow the approved return process.

 

📩 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN AND REFUND

To request a return and refund, please submit your request through our official form:

📌 All return and refund requests must be submitted through the form. Requests sent via email or other channels may not be prioritized.

Customers must wait for approval before proceeding with any return shipment.

  • Order number
  • Date of delivery
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred return method
  • Description of issue
  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photos
  • Contact number

Approved requests will receive return instructions.

 

⏳ PROCESSING TIME

  • All requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (GCash or Maya), as supported by our payment provider.

Once your refund has been approved and processed on our end, you will receive an email notification confirming completion of the refund. Please allow sufficient time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account, depending on the processing time of your respective e-wallet provider.

Refund processing time may vary due to external payment system limitations and processing schedules.

Please note that a refund marked as “completed” in our system signifies that the refund has been successfully initiated on our end. This does not necessarily mean immediate crediting to the customer’s account, as the transaction remains subject to the processing timelines of the applicable payment provider.
