By accessing and using this website and purchasing from MEG Crystals, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing any order.

 

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our policies.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

 

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and the natural characteristics of crystals.

Our crystal bracelets are sold as fashion and spiritual-inspired accessories based on traditional and cultural beliefs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. For health-related concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Individual experiences and interpretations may vary.

 

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, it will be processed for fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary, including but not limited to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

4. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur on the website.

 

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments exclusively through GCash and Maya. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All orders are processed after successful payment through the checkout process.

Prices listed on the website do not include shipping fees.

Shipping fees are as follows:

  • ₱99 for Metro Manila  
  • ₱149 for areas outside Metro Manila  

Free delivery is available for orders ₱999 and above.

 

6. Custom Orders

Custom crystal bracelets are made based on your selected intention, preferences, and specifications.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

 

7. Order Inclusions and Packaging

All orders from MEG Crystals are carefully prepared and packaged to ensure product protection and presentation quality.

Each item in the order includes:

  • 1 jewelry box 
  • 1 protective pouch
  • 1 information card (item name, details, and care instructions)
  • 1 welcome letter from MEG Crystals

 

8. Customer Appreciation Note

Each order includes 1 customer appreciation note per order (not per item), regardless of quantity purchased.

This note serves as a general guide and reminder regarding:

  • Natural variations in crystals
  • Possible differences in color due to lighting and photography
  • Natural inclusions and imperfections as part of authenticity
  • Slight variations in bead size due to polishing processes

 

9. Packaging Size Policy

Packaging size depends on the number of items ordered to ensure safe delivery and proper protection:

  • 1 bracelet – small mailer box
  • 2 bracelets – medium mailer box
  • 3–4 bracelets – large mailer box
  • 5–6 bracelets – XL mailer box
  • and so on, depending on order size and protection requirements

We reserve the right to adjust packaging size based on product dimensions and safety considerations.

 

10. Order Documentation and Quality Assurance

For quality control and fulfillment purposes, MEG Crystals may document the packing and shipping preparation process. This may include:

  • Product size verification (e.g., sizing board check)
  • Order contents verification
  • Durability check (e.g., elastic string tension testing)
  • Packaging verification (e.g., sealing and security measures)
  • Courier handover documentation (weighing and shipment preparation)
  • Photo documentation of the completed packed order prior to sealing and shipping

These records are used solely for order accuracy, quality assurance, and dispute prevention.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

MEG Crystals is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services once the order has been handed over for shipment.
